Kim established Deluxe Painting in 2000 and has continued to lead the company since its inception. He finds fulfillment in overcoming the various challenges inherent in his work. Kim deeply values the relationships he has forged throughout his career. Presently, he and his wife Dawn co-own and manage Deluxe Painting with a commitment to excellence. Together, Kim and Dawn are proud parents to two adult children, Morgan and Alex.

Dawn brings extensive experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and payroll from her previous roles. In 2020, she made the decision to leave her career behind and join her husband Kim full-time in managing their company. Embracing each day with a commitment to learning and personal growth, Dawn actively contributes to the daily operations of the business, navigating challenges with determination and resilience.

Alex, the youngest child of Kim and Dawn, graduated from Cedarville University in 2024. From a young age, he spent nearly every summer working part-time with his father, learning the ropes of the painting business. Since graduating, Alex has assumed additional responsibilities, particularly focusing on managing the company’s social media presence. He is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside his parents, contributing to the family business with enthusiasm and dedication.
